Player Ranks

Ranks in Lighthouse show that a member is an active member of the community. They are used to limit what can be done for those who are not known or trusted, and reward members for being long time active members.

Traveler

The traveler rank is granted to all players that have agreed to follow the rules of the Lighthouse Community. This is a probationary rank.

New players should expect to be a Traveler for a few weeks upon joining the community.

Resident

Resident is the primary rank in the Lighthouse community. This is for players that have proven that they can be trustworthy, they follow the rules, and are active in the community (both in Discord and in Minecraft).

A player should expect to be a Resident for the majority of their time in Lighthouse.

Citizen

Citizens are reserved for members who have proven to be long time members of the community, or the most active members. Citizens are those who go above and beyond the normal community members.

To become a Citizen, someone who is already a citizen has to recommend you for citizen and the staff will vote on it at the next staff meeting.

Citizens do get some extra benefits, but not things that heavily modify the game.
