Player Membership Levels

Membership Levels in Lighthouse show that a member is an active member of the community. They are used to limit what can be done for those who are not known or trusted, and reward members for being long time active members.

Traveler

The traveler level is granted to all players that have agreed to follow the rules of the Lighthouse Community. This is a probationary level.

New players should expect to be a Traveler for a few weeks upon joining the community.

Resident

Resident is the primary level in the Lighthouse community. This is for players that have proven that they can be trustworthy, they follow the rules, and are active in the community (both in Discord and in Minecraft).

A player should expect to be a Resident for the majority of their time in Lighthouse.

Citizen

The Citizen Level is reserved for members who have proven to go above and beyond what the average member does. Showing up routinely to events, helping out other members on the server, and doing other things that help make the community a better place are all things that can be done to be promoted to Citizen.

To become a Citizen, someone who is already a citizen has to recommend you for citizen and the staff will vote on it at the next staff meeting.

Citizens do get some extra benefits, but not things that heavily modify the game.
