Keystone Habit - Prayer
Craig Groeschel describes a keystone habit as something small that you and your team do every day that leads to huge change over time, either because that habit itself is just so foundational, or because it is a foundation for discipline that you can build on.
When discussing this idea with some staff members we thought that there would be no greater keystone habit that we could set up than prayer.
To that end, every community member, but especially staff, are encouraged to pray for the country of the day from Operation World, and then we follow that up with prayer for Lighthouse MC.
To assist with this, the dashboard of our website has an area focused on prayer for these specific things.
We encourage everyone to log in to the website every morning and spend just a few minutes praying for a nation in need, and for our community. If we can do that daily, then Lighthouse can't help but be following in God's will for us, to reach those He wants us to reach, and help build disciples of the members.
